Roald Stautland Roald has 30 years experience from ships, offshore industry and shipping operation. He is educated as Engineer (engine) from Bergen University College. He started his career at AS Wichmann (today Wärtsilä Norway) with construction and project design of engines and propulsion arrangement. Working 4 years at Kværner Rosenberg in Stavanger with technical follow-up of mechanical equipment to offshore platforms. He works then in the Ship Owning Company, Eidesvik Offshore ASA in 19 years. Most of the time he was a part of the Management Group, with responsibility for technical-, purchasing and project and development department. In 2006 he established Neptun Maritime AS. |

Kenneth Lande
Kenneth has 30 years of experience from management and maintenance of ships and from ship owning activities. Educated as Captain and has been employed in Eidesvik Offshore for 20 years as Captain and in project department, working as Site Manager for various new buildings projects and other projects. Kenneth has been involved in Offshore Marine Operation for various oil companies and subcontractors, have been involved in following projects: Installation of suction anchors, Installation of Fiber rope, Pre-installation of anchor systems for Rig and FPSO, Rig Move, ROV Operation etc He joined our team in February 2011. |

Henning Haugsdal
Henning has almost 35 years experience from service of ship. He started his career at Wärtsilä‘s service dept and had different position, last 10 years as project manager at their Ship Service dept. He joined our team in September 2007 |

Jørn Tore Jøsokbakke Jørn Tore has 21 years experience from design, design and project management in the ship industry and equipment manufactures. Educated as Engine Engineer from Ålesund Technical School. Work 10 years in Kværner Kleven with several technical tasks. 6 years experience as consulting engineer from design/constructions from several suppliers. (Rolls-Royce marine dep. Offshore) 3 years as Project Manager in Rolls-Royce Marine, Propulsion.

Svein Magne has 25 year’s experience from electrical and automation systems for industry, offshore and marine installations. From year 2000 he has been working with diesel electrical power system for offshore supply vessels, specializing in power management system and as project manager. He joined our team in October 2011. |
