We offer the following services within new building and conversion of vessels:

» Assistance to ship owners regarding developing and review of building specification.

» Obtaining quotation for new building / conversion /hulls

» Contract negotiation with shipyards on behalf of ship owners or hull yards on behalf of shipyard

» Project control of new building and conversions projects on behalf of ship owners or alternatively on behalf of shipyards. This may include :

• Drawing and documentation review.
• Review and approval of equipment specifications and approval of purchases
• Review of progress plans and progress control
• Review of HMS procedure and HMS on site
• Review of quality assurance (QA) plans
• Complete on-site organizations on behalf of buyer for control of building process and quality control on day to day basis
• Economical control and follow up of the project

» Assisting ship owner in delivery process for the vessel/hull from the shipyard


» Assisting design companies, ship owner or shipyard in purchase of equipment. This may include:

• Obtaining quotation for equipment based on building specification
• Review of quotation, both technical and commercial
• Negotiations with the equipment suppliers and give recommendation to Purchaser for selection of make
• Preparing Purchase Orders for the Purchaser to sign
• Follow up on delivery of documentation and equipment
• Making of Harbour Acceptance and Sea trial programs

» Third party review of building or conversion projects

» Vessel Survey on behalf of purchaser/ship owner or charterer
